One of the best thing after reaching panjim I find Vinod Restaurant and I had my lunch here, it is a quite small but nice place highly recommend. Food is awesome and owner is also very good, come and had your Breakfast, lunch or dinner and thank me. You can find it near to panjim bus stand. Very good and friendly owner. You can come directly to here it's almost within walkable distance from bus stand. They don't charge extra for extra rice and gravy also, hard to find such great places in Goa. Highly recommended.
