Vinfran Cafe, serves North Indian Chinese, Fast Food & Street Food. Along with desserts, Shakes & beverages located at Parra, Goa. Nice, cosy place offering excellent food at a very reasonable price." The feeling is sweet homely with great and calm ambience.

Breakfast options when I visited were limited. Chole with parathes were wonderful and a must try. Ambience is good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹1–200
