I recently had a disappointing experience at Vinayak Business Class Hotel, Veg Restaurant in Udit Nagar ROURKELA. The Hyderabad Subz Biryani I ordered for Rs. 220 + taxes was severely lacking. The dish contained only rice, with no vegetables or no paneer. The taste was also unpleasant. The restaurant kitchen cooks seem unable to cook tasty and quality food due to lack of food preparation knowledge and experience. I hope the hotel & restaurant owner will take customer feedback seriously and work on enhancing their food & taste quality. I have attached the Pictures as well. Also, the kitchen team seems to lack consistency in food preparation, and the dish names don't match the contents. For example, the Hyderabad Subz Biryani I ordered contained only rice, with no vegetables or paneer. This discrepancy between the menu and actual food served is disappointing. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve their food quality and menu accurately. Didn't expect such a good restaurant at this location. Really good food. I tried - Plain/Butter Fulka - Hyderabadi Biryani - Kadhai Paneer - Chana Masala - Masala Kulcha Everything is really really good. Definitely should try once. Note: Swiggy/Zomato after some basic offers are cheaper than dining in as of this date. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
