I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed through your platform from Burger King. The order was significantly delayed, and I experienced several issues that I believe need to be addressed. I had ordered food for a party with approximately 20 people in my office, and unfortunately, the delivery arrived very late, causing my guests to wait for an extended period. To make matters worse, the burgers were cold, not fresh, and lacked the necessary sauces. Despite our attempts to contact the restaurant multiple times, we did not receive any response. Given the importance of this order for a group event, the quality and timeliness were crucial. And the outlet is 5 mins away from my office. This experience has been highly disappointing, and I request that take appropriate action to resolve this issue.
