On the road leading to Vijayapura. Though seating and ambience are ordinary, taste and service compensate for them. Prices are eminently affordable. Only south Indian snacks like idli, vada, upma, shira, bun and so on are available. The owner Mr Shetty gives a personalised touch by overseeing the service. By upping the seating and ambience, the restaurant can elevate itself. Anyway, Basavanabagewadi has no great restaurants to boast of So, Vimochana stands out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The food was great when compared to any restaurants in the vicinity.
