The knowledgeable waitstaff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The prompt service is something these restaurateurs care about. Average prices are what you will pay for your meal. The ambiance of this place is nice. As for the Google rating, Vimal Vilas achieved 4.3.

I had a very disappointing experience at Vimal Villas. I ordered the Manchurian balls, and to my shock, the quality was extremely poor. The dish had a foul smell as soon as it was served, and the taste was even worse. It was clear that the ingredients were either stale or improperly cooked. The odor was so bad that I had to throw the food straight into the dustbin — completely inedible and a total waste of money. Serving such food is not just unprofessional but also a serious health concern. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their food quality, hygiene, and quality control. I usually order from Vimal Vilas through Zomato or Swiggy, so this review is only about the food and delivery experience. The biggest problem here is inconsistency. Sometimes the food turns out decent, but other times it feels careless and poorly prepared, with taste, texture, and overall quality dropping sharply. I’ve ordered pasta three times, and each time it only got worse. The last order was the breaking point — the pasta had a foul smell and tasted spoiled, like it was made with expired ingredients. It felt unsafe to eat, and serving something like this is unacceptable for any restaurant. I’ve attached photos of all three pastas I received so that people can see the quality decline with their own eyes. To make matters worse, when I contacted Zomato support about this issue (twice), they refused to provide a refund or even partial compensation. All I got was the standard line that they would “share the feedback with the restaurant.” That’s not helpful when I’ve literally paid for stale, inedible food. Even worse, their in-app help options didn’t provide any real resolution, which is why I’m posting this here on Google Maps — so that Zomato may actually notice and address the issue. Overall, this is a 2-star experience for me. The food can occasionally be good, but the lack of consistency and the complete absence of accountability from both the restaurant and Zomato make it a risky and frustrating choice. Food: 2

Worst food. I had food poisoning due to your food. Overworked dumb waiters who dont know that they should bring cutlery, then starters, then main course along with rotis. They gave 3 plates, no other cutlery for a group of 10 and directly started bringing rotis without any sabji. We had to shout at them to understand basics of waiting tables. Such crowded place with too much noise pollution inside. I will never ever go here. Pls avoid this place if you dont want to vomit the entire night afterwards.
