I usually order from Vimal Vilas through Zomato or Swiggy, so this review is only about the food and delivery experience. The biggest problem here is inconsistency. Sometimes the food turns out decent, but other times it feels careless and poorly prepared, with taste, texture, and overall quality dropping sharply. I’ve ordered pasta three times, and each time it only got worse. The last order was the breaking point — the pasta had a foul smell and tasted spoiled, like it was made with expired ingredients. It felt unsafe to eat, and serving something like this is unacceptable for any restaurant. I’ve attached photos of all three pastas I received so that people can see the quality decline with their own eyes. To make matters worse, when I contacted Zomato support about this issue (twice), they refused to provide a refund or even partial compensation. All I got was the standard line that they would “share the feedback with the restaurant.” That’s not helpful when I’ve literally paid for stale, inedible food. Even worse, their in-app help options didn’t provide any real resolution, which is why I’m posting this here on Google Maps — so that Zomato may actually notice and address the issue. Overall, this is a 2-star experience for me. The food can occasionally be good, but the lack of consistency and the complete absence of accountability from both the restaurant and Zomato make it a risky and frustrating choice. Food: 2
