This hotel and it's operations are somewhat fishy the worst thing is gangs of parking mafia who will charge you 100 rupees for parking since there are no other option on top off that even if you go for enquiry still pay them since there's no space to park on road. Sort of nexus between hotels and goons.very pathetic and it reflects how useless entire governance body and hotel itself is to loot it's customers in such pathetic way and goons are quite dangerous and rude so I woul suggest to be carefull and avoid such places. Definately not family friendly. Service: 3

Dear Hotel Chairmen, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Hotel Vikrant. The behavior of the hotel manager was unprofessional and rude, making my stay unpleasant. Additionally, while the bed and curtains were clean, the food quality was completely unacceptable. The food served was unhygienic, and I even found a hair in the curd (attached photo for reference). Furthermore, I was shocked to learn that the hotel charges extra for a basic request like a salad, which is generally a complimentary part of a meal in most establishments. Such practices reflect poorly on customer service and overall hospitality standards. I hope you take immediate action to improve hygiene standards and train your staff to behave more courteously with guests. I expect a prompt response regarding this matter. Service: 1
