Viju Dabeli has the reputation of serving authentic Dabeli on College road and honestly we now understand why. Vijus Dabeli was the first to introduce this wonderful dish to Nashik in 1994 and since then has become a landmark spots serving street food for students on College Road. This street reminded me of various Khau Galis of Mumbai where you would have people known for their specialities. They started as street food vendor but now have a indoor seating area for people who would like to unwind with their other specialities like sandwiches and pulao. However, we decided to adventure this street food style and enjoyed the making of this wonderful looking dish. We found them quite reasonable and considering their legacy we feel this is one of those spots you should definitely try for the sake of their authenticity.
