Restaurant missed one package (Punugulu) for my order. Raised concern with zomato and got a refund. But proper checking should have been done at Vijayawada Tiffins before handing the order to the zomato partner. If any order is missed, refund should be calculated as : original price of item+ paid taxes + package charges + delivery charges (if paid). Since, when customer wants to order again, these all charges will be paid by them.
