After seeing Dwarkadhish Temple, it may be a good idea to visit Vijay Palace. A number of guests mention that the staff is well-trained here. People say that the service is good here. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

BEWARE OF MONEY MAKING TACTICS OF OWNER Rooms are average. Rooms cleaning service was provided on request. They have power and voltage issues. Lift is there but due to power issue half of time it's not working. Location is best for anyone visiting vishram Ghat and that too on Bhai dooj. Food available in the underground of this hotel is worst. Do not eat there. Owner is very rude and better to avoid any argument with him, you ll end up with spoiling the trip, because he has the habit to fight with all guests, and that's why this hotel was almost empty even on the days of Bhai dooj and Diwali rush. Few tips/warnings before visiting this hotel: 1. Checkout checkin time of 10pm is strict. Owner will say on phone if rooms are empty he will give you early and he will be sweet n welcoming, but when you checkout he will add extra charges of the hours you checked in earlier. 2. He will fight with the guests for hours, if those extra charges are not given. 3. Same happened with us in checkout time. Day before he said, checkout time is 10 but we can leave as per our train timings, and while check-out he added extra charges. 4. Extra mattress they provide was as thin as a blanket and no one can ever sleep on that extra box mattress. So PLZ BE AWARE. 5. On days of Bhai dooj, the owner knows that Ppl will come for 2 days and leave. So he keeps package of 4 days, Where in per room is for 8000. Where in he will mention 5 days and 4 nights on the bill, but when you go there he will say it's only 4 days and 3 nights. And he will charge extra for 1 day. 6. The owner clearly is aware that mainly gujaratis visit vishram Ghat on Bhai dooj and he know that train from Gujarat arrives Mathura early morning 4am, hence he will be welcoming while you checkin and then during checkout he will show his money making colours. 7 Take care of the luggage. In Vijay palace hotel, daily the cleaners are changing, because of which you need to pack all luggage before leaving for the day out. 8. Lastly all bathrooms are stinking, we had booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms bathroom stinked. So PLZ buy odonil before visiting here. Service: 1
