Villa is neat and clean with people of 10 + people can stay in. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is too good and can dine on time. Bird century is 50 metre distance from the resort. The managers and workers are kind and respected. Service: 5

I stayed at this "hotel" with my family last weekend after hearing about it from one of my colleagues. It was a bitter experience to say the least. The swimming pool was too small, the bed was small, there were no toiletries, no hangers in the bathroom, no proper power backup, no TV signal and there was no proper service whatsoever (though you can see a few dogs littering around). The next day, when I informed all this to the owner, he thought I was attempting to negotiate the additional Rs. 1000 that needed to be given to him (the agreed amount for this small room was Rs. 2000). He claims, I could have informed this on the first day itself so that he could have ‘alerted’ his staff to provide all these basic items. But then, we just checked in and went out for sightseeing and came back only late in the night. Surprisingly, instead of acknowledging this feedback, he took note of the ‘hanger issue’ in the bathroom and threatened me by telling me that if I don’t pay the remaining amount, he will ensure that he will not allow me to leave this place! Moreover, I was also asked to vacate the room the next day around 11 a.m the moment we entered the nearby Funderapark. We vacated the room and booked another room for just Rs.1600 in a nearby hotel where all these facilities were available! So guys, please do not waste your money by staying at this hotel. This hotel is meant only for bachelors and you won’t even get a bill for your stay (reasons best known to the owner)! Service: 1

The location being good and the South Indian food offering a homely taste. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast on the first day was appreciated. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The rooms were not well-maintained, with the bedspreads and cupboards being damp and having an unpleasant odor. On the first day, there was a power cut, and while the generator was turned on, it was only for about 20 minutes. We had to go out as there was no power, and we had hoped to rest on our first day, but the situation made it difficult. We also had a campfire experience, but it wasn't as private as we expected, as nearby guests were cooking their own BBQ. We were unaware that a private campfire could be arranged for an additional charge. Lastly, the dinner on the last day was a bit too salty, but other than that, the food was decent. The management could definitely improve the room maintenance to enhance the overall experience. Service: 2
