The effort was admirable. it was new for me to taste bamboo shoot flavor in chicken chowmein. Thin noodles with the right hint of spice was good.Roasted pumpkin seeds in chutney paired well with the food. Fried rice tasted off because of the smell.Kindly wash your short grain rice properly since you are not using long grain basmati. chicken chilli was underwhelming. not good.
