The staff including the security guards was very helpful especially the manager who helped us with our stay . The rooms are comfortable and the food is good.

During my stay, I visited the Reboot Bar at Victory Inn, which I later found out is a local bar. Unfortunately, the cashier's behavior was rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. I hope the management takes necessary steps to ensure that staff members of all entities under your establishment maintain a professional and respectful demeanor to protect the goodwill of your business.

A peaceful place to stay.Polite and courteous staff to help who are available no matter what hour of the day or night it might be.Spacious rooms with all basic amenities.Special room for anyone with a wheelchair,its bathroom too has low height wash basin and arm rests for that person.We needed an extra bed and a proper single folding bed with complete bedding was provided.We had an excellent stay.This hotel is beautiful,calm and peaceful.Thank you Victory Inn Park Residency for your services.
