Very bad experience to this hotel. One of the cashier is there his behaviour is very very bad.. and I believe that he drink alcohol too much. I think he thought that we are begging in front of him for food. I strongly tell that anybody don't go there for food.. Don't choose the Hotel Victoria, very bad attitude of the cashier. I think he is an alcoholic, food is no taste low of quantity and prize is heavy. Financial fraud is working in this hotel. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm from thiruvalla and I have ordered 5 perotta and a egg curry and it cost RS 80/-on 9/07/2024 and behavior of the person who sit on the cash counter was very bad and irritating. I dont carry cash with me all the time, most of the time i use Gpay for the transations. They use Gpay and the have displayed scaner also in the front area but we must pay liqued cash. Then why the.......He diaplay scanner or he can say that we don't accept or use Gpay. Its not my.......Concern weather they are that much rich or not / i don't beg food to them, i ordered and i pay for that. And he is lecturing me about his financial sitiation. I don't like the restaurant and don't suggest anyone (My personal opinion ) Service: Delivery Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
