Extremely Disappointing – Worst Service Ever! I had a terrible experience at Vicky Bombu House, Talegaon Chakan Road. While the food quality was decent, everything else was a complete disaster. The staff was extremely unprofessional, especially the receptionist, who behaved rudely and spoke in a very disrespectful tone. The service was horribly slow – I had to wait more than 30 minutes, and even then, my order was incomplete. When I asked about it, instead of helping, they argued and used bad language. On top of that, there was a lot of confusion about online payment, and the staff had no idea how to handle it properly. I’ve never seen such careless and arrogant behavior in a restaurant before. If you value respectful service and timely food, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Totally disappointed. Never going back here again! Food: 5

Vicky Bamboo House , Talegaon (Pune Mumbai highway) Ultimate This hotel is located just 1 km from highway.. Separate family section available .. There are lot of options available for veg and non veg dishes This time we have tried non vegetarian dishes and those were extremely delicious... Chicken Tandoori Chicken Handi Mutton Handi Chicken Biryani Mutton Biryani These dishes are just wow!!! Please try Mutton Handi and Mutton Biryani here.. you will love it.. Definitely Recommended Love to visit again and again...
