You are right about the poor quality of Ridge Gourd and Ring Beans in your last purchase, which happen to be from one of our trusted local farmers. As always in such scenarios, we have replaced the product with your driver soon as he approached us, and as an additional measure - we have also reimbursed the amount to your account for the two unsatisfactory products. We can vouch for the authenticity of our vegetables supplied directly from the farmers without any cold storage, preservatives or waxes.
