Unacceptable and Unprofessional Behavior Our recent experience with Vibha's Kitchen was extremely disappointing. My husband, a Swiggy delivery partner, had to wait nearly an hour to collect an order, despite being repeatedly assured it would be ready in 5 minutes. When he politely suggested that they go offline during peak hours to manage orders better, the owner’s response was shockingly unprofessional. The owner snatched my husband’s phone without permission, made threatening remarks, and instructed the staff to withhold the order—even though it was ready. Such rude and aggressive behavior is unacceptable, whether toward customers or delivery partners. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this restaurant, as their behavior reflects a lack of respect for both delivery personnel and customer satisfaction.
