I think via Milano is going down in their menu spread and preparations. how can you spoil a risotto and flatbread. we come to fine dining to enjoy the consistency of the recipe producing always delicious dishes. my wife, daughter and I are disappointed and sad coz we had always relished their preparations in the past. perhaps we will have to limit our loyalty to Chianti and Toscano now.... sadly!!
