If you’re looking for authentic gourmet pizza, stop searching — Via Milano is the place. This isn’t your everyday pizza joint; it’s where craftsmanship meets flavour, and every slice tells a story. The pizzas here are an absolute revelation — thin, crisp, beautifully blistered crusts topped with premium ingredients that taste unmistakably fresh. Each bite carries that perfect balance of texture, aroma, and depth that only a genuine gourmet pizza can deliver. And trust me on this — these pizzas are meant to be experienced fresh at the restaurant, not ordered in. Having tried both ways, I can say that takeaway simply doesn’t do justice to the subtlety and freshness. The cheese, the herbs, the olive oil drizzle — they sing only when served right out of the oven. So, as a fellow pizza lover, do yourself a favour and visit Via Milano in person to truly relish what they’ve created here. If I had one small wish, it would be for them to add a good witbier to the menu — the kind with a citrusy hint and creamy head that pairs beautifully with their pizzas. Alternatively, a nice red wine also complements their flavours perfectly. The last time I visited, they were out of red wine, but here’s hoping it’s back soon because it truly completes the experience. In short — Via Milano is gourmet heaven.
