Very disappointing experience! The food quality is below average and the service is absolutely pathetic. I ordered Idli, and when I asked for water, no one bothered to serve it. Later, I requested a refill of sambhar, but the staff completely ignored me. I finally had to go to the kitchen myself to take some extra sambhar. Such unprofessional behavior and poor customer service are unacceptable. Definitely not worth visiting again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
