Was a fan of this place but the food is not good now. The chicken sandwich has shredded chicken which is like rubber hard to chew on. The rolls, the puff don't come with enough filling, it's like only 1/4 of the puff or roll has filling which is only masala.

The one star is only for poor customer service. This specific franchise owner is arrogant and extremely rude with customers, depending on her mood of the day. Even if you buy 20 plum cakes from her, she won't give you a bag to carry the cakes in.. Even if you are willing to pay 10-20 bucks for a bag!! On top of it, she arrogantly tells to take it up with the company if I have any problem! Her attitude is take it or buzz off.. Wow, so I purchase stuff worth a few thousands and this woman doesn't care losing a customer over a 10 rupee bag and her arrogance. And to think, we have been frequenting her outlet for over a decade. Too bad for her, she now loses my business especially at Christmas, when I would on average purchase cakes and other sweets over 10k....I would herein only buy from other brands over Venus. Venus confectionaries would do well to sensitize their franchisees.. Or lose customers to other brands.

Have been going to Venus for more than 20 years. Anita is always friendly, we ordered cakes from her for every birthday through school. Also love the famous Venus mutton rolls and Chicken cafreal rolls too.
