Visited Venky's Kitchen near BTM Lake and tried their Masala Dosa and filter coffee. The dosa was decent, but the potato filling lacked flavor and was quite bland. On the plus side, I really enjoyed the sambhar—it had a nice balance of sourness and sweetness. However, the overall ambience and service were disappointing. The tables were unclean, and there didn’t seem to be anyone assigned to tidy up. It looked like the same person was handling both coffee-making and dishwashing, which suggests a serious staff shortage. Overall, I'd say it’s a below-average experience. There's definitely room for improvement in both cleanliness and service.
