Back in 2004, during my BMS College Days, I was regular there and had both my lunch and dinner there, EVERYDAY. The meal used to cost 12 Rs. per plate for 2 Chapathi + Rice combi. And for students Bhatru used to give 5 Meals Coupon for 50 Rs. I had meals here every day for 4 years during my engineering days. The mess used to be on the 10th Main Road in Srinivasnagar (opposite to CCP Tent House) during those days. Now they shifted to Srinagar area. The legendary Chapathi + Green Palak curry and Carrot Palya were amazing ! The carrot palya cubes were extraordinary ! And for students like us, back in those days, it was the god send place !
