This restaurant and Andhra University can be both really attractive for tourists. Venkatadri Vantillu is known for offering Indian and Vegetarian cuisines. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.
Venkatadri Vantillu lives up to its reputation as a famous spot for South Indian tiffins in Visakhapatnam. I visited this restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Although the restaurant had less crowd during my visit, I heard it gets quite busy during peak hours. I tried the masala dosa and paneer masala dosa, which was nice, and the idli was also good. The chutneys served with both items were particularly tasty. Located prominently, the ambience is acceptable for a budget-friendly establishment, and the hygiene and cleanliness are fine. The food offered good quality and generous quantity. Visited this place after being referred to by a local. The place is quite popular, and as expected, it was crowded and had to wait for sometime for my term. There is self service here. The prices were not very high. Tried the Masala Dosa and Sponge Kharam Dosa. The Sponge dosa was bitter in taste, probably because the batter was not fresh. Fell sick terribly the next day after eating it. Will not dare to visit this place again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
