I don't suggest VENAD hotel to anyone!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately i had food from this hotel..! If anyone is able to check validity of their GST number please leave a comment here!!!!! The price of meals is a bit higher than any other hotel nearby! and meals is not scrumptious as they said as the reason of price hike, I wish if they cut down on the price of meals as most of the customers are poor bystanders and patients from calicut Medical college!!!!! Now i remember the charity and light in the mind of an entrepreneur at Calicut running a hotel named "KHADAR KA MESS " near Bus station at Calicut, providing meals for rupees 30. We need such people especially near calicut medical college.

The masala dosa here is just okay, nothing special. The taste is average and not very consistent. Hygiene also needs improvement. If you’re near the medical college and just want a quick dosa, it’s manageable, but there are better options nearby like New Sana or Indian Coffee House Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I recently visited Venad Bakery to purchase some snacks, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing due to the behavior of the staff. The staff member at the counter was extremely rude and displayed an arrogant attitude while dealing with me. At the same time, I noticed another customer also raising complaints about the same staff member's indecent behavior, which clearly shows this is not a one-time issue.As a customer, I believe basic courtesy and respect should always be maintained in service, regardless of the situation. Such unprofessional and arrogant behavior leaves a very negative impression of the store. Management should take this matter seriously and ensure proper customer service training for their staff, otherwise, customers will feel uncomfortable visiting again.
