The coffee was hitting the taste buds right and the milagai bajji was also hot and crispy. They had options for jaggery instead of sugar too! But the atmosphere wasn’t very good :( Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Unlike the Velan coffee at R.S. Puram, Velan coffee at Vadavalli outside the Nilgiris store has taken a downward plunge . The new franchise has deteriorated from the previous one, they are not customer friendly, the place was dirty, the tables were unclean, and the coffee was like warm and tasted very bad. When the feed back was given, they did not bother to give ahot cup or feel sorry. To top it all the brass dubarah and tumblar were not washed properly leaving a mettalic smell. First time totally disappointed with Velan. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommendation for vegetarians: Not sure
