Velan Kaappi (Race Course Branch). Date of Visit: 10/02/2026 (Early Morning) I had a very disappointing experience at the Velan Kaappi Race Course branch today due to the behavior of one of the staff members. For the past few weeks, my friends and I have been visiting this branch daily. we regularly order black coffee without sugar with a pinch of lemon, which has always been served without any issue. However, today one female staff member behaved rudely and showed an unnecessary attitude. She told me that if I wanted lemon, I should either buy lemon tea or plain black coffee and that they cannot prepare coffee as requested anymore, even though the same order has been served to us daily. Because of this, I did not have my coffee today despite having paid for it. It is not acceptable for a staff member to decide what a customer should or should not consume, especially when the request is simple and has been fulfilled regularly in the past. I visited your official website for Complaint mail Id but i noticed the quote: “A satisfied customer is the best business strategy of all.”. Unfortunately, this value is reflected only on the website and not in the attitude of the staff you are hiring. I request the management to kindly look into this issue and provide proper training to staff on customer service and communication.
