You will enjoy its food, particularly perfectly cooked bhaji, momos and vada. Most guests recommend trying good chocolate waffles. Velan Coffee Shop offers delicious coffee, white tea or rose tea among its drinks.

The attentive staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Enjoyable service is something clients agree upon here. The charming atmosphere gladdens visitors and attracts more guests. But this place hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

The barista, a woman, and the cashier, a man, were incredibly unprofessional. The cashier mocked me for no reason, which shows a lack of basic customer service skills. I chose to ignore it in the moment so I could address it here in this review. The coffee and snacks were just average in taste. The owner really needs to step in and manage the staff more closely. If this continues, the business won't even have a trace of its former success. It's time to invest some effort into supervising the operations properly. Hello Readers Like other Velan Coffee Shop brand, this shop also offers a wide range of eateries and beverages. Coffee and Tea as usual Velan Coffee Shop standard. Good shops to offer various varieties of chats, beverages etc. no complaints in the food that we get. Taste preferences may vary so agreed. But major problem is their cleanliness. Not at all clean. You can't sit relax and munch your food. If this is not getting improved, then the footfall to this shop will start reducing. A lot of house-flies because of unclean unhygienic environment. Management should definitely take a look into this. Else their reputation will go down.
