I ordered Basandi, but instead, I received Badam Milk, which is also undrinkable. I contacted the Velachery Venkateswara Boli Stall to report the order discrepancy, but they were completely uncooperative, rude, and refused to address the issue. They just told me to raise a complaint on Zomato, claiming they would handle it. I also raised a complaint with Zomato, as instructed. They asked me to provide a photo or video, which I captured using their app. However, they're now claiming that the evidence is unclear, and despite the fact that I paid 150 rupees, they're offering me a meager 50 rupees as a refund. This is completely unacceptable, and I am not satisfied with their resolution at all.
