Update on 8 April: Had thattu idli, ghee podi thattu idli, Teddy bear dosa and appam. 1. All of them tasted good. 2. The 2 chutneys were super. Sambar had some vellam in it unlike last time ( think they tried Karnataka style sambar today. I prefer the sambar like my last visit. But, providing it in rotation basis for people who like the Karnataka style one is also a good idea 3. Appam was served with thengai pal and kadalacurry. Was good. All issues highlighted last time was resolved and good that they take things in positive way So, updating my rating 28 March: Had thattu idli and ghee podi thattu idli yesterday. 1. Idli is served with Vada curry, 2 variety of chutney and sambar. 2. Even though a small outlet, ambience is good. 3. Idli, vadacurry and sambar tasted good. 4. Idli size was good and soft. 5. Server was very attentive and good. Now coming to improvement point 1. Idli had hair within. When raised, the lady at counter replied it happened as male workers work in kitchen. If they were given cap, it will be rectified. Let's hope they stick to this. But, the way I got the response, felt they can be atleast little apologetic. 2. The green chutney (malli chutney) was like malli was not washed and chutney was made. Felt it was full of sand in it. Hope they wash it thoroughly before they make chutney. 3. Groundnut chutney was with very less chilli. Maybe it was made with people buying podi idli to compensate the karam of podi... If the 2 points (hair within idli and washing of malli) are taken care off, it is good. First of all Sorry for the inconvenience happened to you sir this will never happened again but we just wanted you to know that we cook our food in the very hygienic way also we replied you very politely at that time andso it's a very tiny partical sir.. you took that photo in zoom but it still looks very small it is accidental and unavoidable sir so kindly understand us too it will be more helpful sir ( if have anyother query Please contact us sir -9585932924 ) thank you
