Unfortunately I cannot write something good today about veg bites, as this morning at 10 me and my friend went asked if it is open, we entered and it was very smelly and dirty floor. We ordered a bottle of water, concerned person at billing counter gave us a water bottle when we asked for glasses he denied saying that we don't give glasses. After that we ordered 5 pepper pizza, paneer Tikka wrap and 2 cold coffees. We got our cold coffee which was fine, then we got our pizza, after a bite we realized that the crust of pizza was burned black and was extremely bad in taste. When we asked the person he responded that this pizza is meant to be crispy but which was burnt, the response was so rude, we requested them to cancel our order, which they denied later on we got our wrap packed as it was prepared and paid for the food which was consumed, I myself being a chef will never appreciate something like this as Indore city itself is know for it's food, but which was claimed wrong today as the service and food both were very disappointing.
