Visited Veena Stores in Malleshwaram — a proper old Bangalore classic that almost everyone recommends. The place definitely has that nostalgic charm and is almost always packed, which says a lot about its popularity. That said, I personally found it a bit overhyped. The chutney, which they’re especially famous for, didn’t quite live up to the buzz for me. It was good, but not something extraordinary. The kharabath, however, was genuinely tasty and well-made. Overall, it’s a solid, iconic breakfast spot with strong local love — but in my opinion, slightly more hype than wow. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
