The food was a little bit salty (rara mutton) and the Nihari had no taste at all. It felt like the gravy wasn’t so fresh. The salty lemonade had too much of salt. Apart from that, the staff was really nice and was very helpful.

Alright, listen up foodies! I finally made it to this "Veda Restaurant" place in Connaught Place, the one everyone's been yapping about. Man, let me tell you, it's something else! First off, the place itself? Bhaiyya, it's fancy! Like, you feel like a maharaja just walking in. Not your regular dhaba vibe, that's for sure. They've got all these shiny things and fancy lights... felt a bit out of my aukat at first, but hey, a treat is a treat, right? Now, the food! I went for the "Ravana Thali" 'cause, well, it looked like a rajbhog on the picture. And let me tell you, it didn't disappoint! So many little bowls of stuff, I didn't even know what half of them were! But everything was ekdum mast. The paneer was soft, the dal was creamy, and the chawal... perfect! And you know what the best part was? It wasn't just your regular ghar ka khana stuff. They had some hatke dishes, like, with a bit of a twist. Like they took our good old North Indian food and gave it a vilayati makeover, but still kept the desi soul. The service was also badhiya. The waiters were all polite and didn't give me the "what are you doing here?" look even though I was probably the most aam aadmi in the room. Yeah, it's a bit pricey, not gonna lie. But for a special occasion, or when you want to impress someone, this Veda place is jhakaas! Go try it out, yaar, you won't regret it! Just remember to dress a bit tapori se dur, you know?
