Vashi Socials is a exquisite dining place where you can have a corporate party as well as a dinner date with your partner. They have a variety of different cuisines listed on their menu. Their hospitality is flawless and quick without any complaints. Their seating arrangement is the highlight, as they have variety of seatings like sofa set-up, outdoor seating, highchairs and tables for large groups. It is located bang opposite to Vashi Railway Station on the 1st Floor of Inorbit Mall with ample of parking space provided by Inorbit Mall. I’ve always loved Social outlets for their rustic interiors and unique design concepts—each one usually has its own distinct vibe. However, the Vashi Social fell a bit short of that standard. The interiors weren’t badly maintained, but they could definitely use some improvement. When we visited on a weekday afternoon, there were only about 3–4 staff members in the entire restaurant (just 2 servers handling multiple tables each). While they were doing their best, the management really needs to address this. It not only overburdens the servers but also affects the overall service quality. The food was good—consistent with what one expects from Social, but nothing particularly outstanding. We had booked through the District app for a flat 25% off along with 2 complimentary drinks. Unfortunately, the complimentary options were limited to only three types of hard liquor—no cocktails, mocktails, beer, or wine—so we didn’t end up using that benefit. Overall, it was an average experience. A little more attention to maintenance and staffing could make a big difference here.
