The place is clean and well maintained. Feels like you never miss your home. Just a couple of meters walking you will find the serenity beach. The villa is located just before the city starts, so you will never be in a rush and free from traffic. Every spot is easily accessible from this location. Must try if you are considering going for a trip in pondy.

Its a SCAM. I booked this stay through Agoda for 1 night (Aug 17-18). When I reached the location and entered the property, nobody was there and the house was locked. After several times of ringing they finally attended my call and said that my booking was cancelled and they already informed Agoda. But I never got any information from Agoda and looks like they (Agoda) too didn't get any update from the property owner about cancelling. Finally Agoda customer care reps told me that they would enquire the property owner and process for the refund.
