Had Ordered Lunch on the Train ( 22632 @ Dec3' 24 1pm @ viluputam JN) ; One item was missing, I received a phone call once I shared feedback and they promptly refunded me the price difference; Excellent Customer Service so wanted to share the positive experience; Food was also tasty; Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5
