Very unprofessional attitude. we ordered a cake for Our Special 15th anniversary, we have ordered for Heart shape with Red velvet cake on top with butter scoth base. At time of taking her husband confirmed about the requirement. When we reachee there shop it was complete mess they created simple cake with just red cream even the discussed design was not compeleted. When I asked them this is not what we ordered they started giving totally unprofessional reply specially the husband he is very rough guy with very bad attitude he said that this combination is not possible when I said why don't you told me at time of ordering or called me afterwards so that we can discuss and change the cake design. He started replying very weirdly and the lady said sir we will correct the cake they just simply took anycakw from there stock and put the red velvet even the above hearts deocoration fall down. Just pathetic guys totally rude and unprofessional I would say don't compromise with your moments just look for better options near by. Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
