From the moment we checked in, every little detail was taken care of, making our experience smooth and comfortable. A special mention to Mr. Mayilsamy, FOM, whose fantastic management ensured that all our needs, including last-minute requests, were handled efficiently. The security and support staff also played a crucial role in making our stay hassle-free, going the extra mile whenever needed. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the bathrooms well-sanitized, and the beds were of great quality, ensuring a restful sleep. Everything from the amenities to the in-room accessories was in perfect working condition, which speaks volumes about the hotel’s commitment to maintaining high standards.
