Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was unpleasant. We found a cockroach in the sambar, which is completely unacceptable. The staff member’s response was to just remove the plate in front of us, without apologizing or addressing the issue responsibly. Hygiene standards and customer handling need major improvement
