Excellent taste and flavors. Need to add the Sambar with orders. Hygiene needs to be maintained. The floor and cooking area is messed up and the staff are very irresponsible when it comes to cleanliness. Worst place to order ...i had been ordering from here frequently in the past n that too in bulk quantity...now when they started receiving orders in huge quantities from a lot of customers...they degraded their quality..just now i ordered 2 plates of idli and paid extra for the extra chutney and 1 plate of uttapam on zomato and they sent me 1 plate idli no extra chutney and 1 plate dosa...i complained to zomato but no resolution was given ..no refund nothing..no executive was even appointed then i called the restaurant and they said that complain to zomato and they will give you refund...when i confronted them..the restaurant agreed that it was their fault as there were lots of orders and they messed up but he said that it was no big deal and he could do nothing about it. Do not order from zomato or varalakshmi tiffins
