The hotel and the rooms were very well maintained, the staff were kind and helpful, especially Jeeva who did the room service was very helpful and kind. However the parking space is quite small and not very clean, hot water isn't available 24/7. But the overall stay was very good.

My stay at Varaha Valley was terrible. The room was just okay, but everything else was a mess. Room service was non-existent, and the desk staff were unhelpful. They gave me the wrong Wi-Fi password and told me to stay in my room for connection, which was absurd. Despite multiple calls, no one showed up for room service. Worst experience ever. Service: 1
