Vanchippura Hotel does not just serve a good meal…Instead you get a better and whole experience. The lady who runs the place is the definition of welcoming. She treated us like family, the kind of family that feeds you endlessly. We tried a variety of fish, and honestly, every dish tasted remarkable. Fresh, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. Truly one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Food with good conversations makes you wanna sit there for a little while longer even after you’re done with your meal. This hotel which is small and family run is one of the best experiences if you want a typical Kerala lunch. We have enjoyed the meals and the varieties of fish that have been cooked there. The owners and staff are very courteous and try to make your experience exceptional. You will feel like family when you finish and leave. We have been frequenting there for almost 7 days now and have been satisfied. We have been going for some Ayurvedic treatments and always go there for a meal after the treatment.

I recently had one of the worst experiences at this hotel, and I feel it’s important to share it honestly. The food quality was extremely poor — most dishes lacked flavor, freshness, and proper preparation. To make it worse, several curries listed on the menu were not even provided, and no proper explanation was given. The service was equally disappointing. Staff were unresponsive, slow, and showed little interest in addressing concerns. Overall, the entire experience felt careless and unprofessional.I am writing this to make others aware and to encourage genuine reviews based on real experiences. Incorrect or overly positive reviews can mislead customers who trust them when choosing a place to dine. It’s important for people to share honest feedback rather than giving wrong or biased reviews. Hopefully, the management takes these issues seriously and improves both the service and the quality of food.
