One of the affordable budget hotal in Valparai, rooms also well maintained. They provided separate room to our drivers to take proper sleep. Hotel people also behaves well manor and friendly. Highly recommended to book rooms at valparai. Service: 5

Budget rooms, rooms best maintained compared to another stay which i initially checked in. It's is to mention that they kept the kitchen open to serve us food post the kitchen closing time. That attitude proved that they give priority to the guest.. Service: 5

We stayed at Hotel Saravana Grand for 2 nights, booked a deluxe 2 bed room. 1) The rooms were very affordable, good space and the toilets were clean. 2) It had a separate water heater , rather than a centralized one. 3) We haven't used any of the room services, however utilized the restaurant within the hotel. It was an average place to eat. The food menu is very limited here and the taste , cost of the food is average. You might find better options if you walk around the place. 4) If you are bringing your own car / cab, getting a parking slot might take some time depending on the availability. Over all a good experience, and would recommend if you are looking for budget stay / or trying to book hotel at last minute. Service: 4
