My 3-day stay was marred by extremely poor service. I experienced an electric shock while using the tap and shower in the bathroom, which was alarming. Despite multiple complaints, no action was taken to address the issue. To make matters worse, one staff member was visibly intoxicated and misbehaved with guests at midnight on one of the nights. Although the room was clean and the restaurant was convenient, the hotel's lack of attention to safety concerns and unacceptable staff behavior made my stay unpleasant. Service: 2

For briyani , valli paradise is not a best choice. Try some another place.
