Booked Valleywood Hotel in a last-minute rush because other options in Mahabaleshwar were not available, and the experience turned out to be very disappointing overall. The rooms were extremely small and poorly maintained, with no hot water available from evening till the next morning. There was no basic in-room facility like an electric kettle or even a working TV, which you would expect at this price point. The washrooms were dirty, with very unclean plastic buckets and mugs, adding to the feeling that hygiene is not a priority at this property. The hotel does not have its own restaurant and there was practically no room service. Parking space was very limited. Valleywood Hotel did not meet even basic expectations, and not recommended to others, especially families planning a peaceful Mahabaleshwar trip.

Valleywood hotel is very bad. They don't provide drinking water, they don't provide hot water in the evening, they don't provide water even in emergency, they say they can only serve poha and maggi for breakfast and the poha is raw. The inside of the hotel is very dusty and not kept clean. The photos show a swimming pool, which is not there.

Pathetic rooms, very poor maintenance and facilities. The only good is the location and the two staff members, Virendra and Raj Kumar. We what booked for 2 nights but moved out after one night and refund was not made even though they were very particular on advance payment. Not recommended at all!!!
