We visited this hotel yesterday, but the service was very disappointing. Even though we arrived earlier, the staff took orders from customers who came after us. We called the waiter multiple times, but no one attended to us. Feeling completely ignored, we finally decided to leave. What was more disappointing is that the staff didn’t seem to care at all. If you are not interested in serving customers properly, then there is no point in keeping the hotel open. The overall experience was very poor—honestly, below average. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. After we arrived, no one came to take our order for a long time. Meanwhile, customers who came after us were attended to first. Even when we tried to call the waiter, it felt like we were being ignored. The service was very poor and unprofessional. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.”

I recently stayed at Hirkani Garden Restaurant & Lodging for 2 nights, and it was a lovely experience. The place is great for families and children, with a safe and comfortable environment. The staff is very supportive and kind, which made the stay even better.The location is excellent with good connectivity — both the private bus stop (Neeta) and the government bus stop are nearby, making travel very convenient.They also have their own restaurant, which serves good food with a nice ambience. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!
