I had dinner at Valens Cafe recently, and I was pleasantly surprised to find authentic Tamil Nadu breakfast items like idli, dosa, vada, etc., even though it was dinner time. The food genuinely felt like homemade — soft idlis, crisp dosas, flavorful sambar and chutney — everything was fresh and prepared with care. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were attentive and polite. The fact that they serve such traditional South Indian fare so well is a testament to their dedication to authenticity.
