Visited Valencia Cafe recently and had a really pleasant experience overall. The atmosphere is very nice with a well-decorated interior, and they have both indoor as well as outdoor seating, which is a big plus. The staff were well behaved, attentive and professional, making the service smooth and comfortable. They clearly have a good coffee culture. I tried both cappuccino and latte, and they were served nicely along with fruit cake, which complemented the coffee well. However, the latte art could be improved, and they can also add more options like cookies, brownies, croissants, etc., which would pair really well with coffee. The food items we ordered were tasty, served in adequate quantity, and the presentation was also well done. Washroom facility is available too, which is convenient. A few small areas for improvement:. They served only mineral drinking water. No sugar pouch was provided along with coffee. The TV videography was good, but the music didn’t match the café coffee vibe (it was mostly fast Bollywood tracks). It would also be great if they introduce some gluten-free options in the menu. Overall, a lovely café with great ambience, good coffee and good service. Would definitely recommend!
