This arrogant peoples and vaishnu hotel do not deserve any star. Today I went to brought palak paneer and it cost me 175rs And they cooked as well and given me in 500ml container. First they did not packed properly. When I took parcel it got opened when I went out 1-10 steps. Everything I cannot share on post, vaishnu hotel have there own cctv, they can check inside and outside footage.. When I went inside to package again carefully, I observed very disrespectful face from the person who was packaging again and saying bad words silently. Again I am repeating if hotel have any concern on it they can check there cctv footage. Don't know when owner told him 'beta package kr de theek se tape laga de', may be an employee not was happy on it. So When I took my parcel and come back home to enjoy my food, i noticed the taste was not good.. It was not fresh. I am sorry I trusted on pure veg giant in ulhasnagar but I could not express my feeling here. They do not care about customers. 'Aye ho aao' Khao ya bhaad me jao.. Policy they are following both owner and employees. My food and money totally wasted here. And if hotel taking it very seriously my recommondation is first check your hygien kitchen's stuff which you are adding to cook so that food can be eaten within 2-3 hours after take out.
