We have oder 2 Masala dosha and 2 black tea and the customer service was very bad bcz we forget we need parcel then after payment we told we need parcel the staffs are saying extra payment 50 rps in arragant voice we told try to hlp something we need jst a cover only that also they said no we are very disappointed every day we visit ootupura lulu mall tvm bt now we very bad experience

Worst experience. Visited the shop on 25/10/23 and ordered masala dhosa. They supplied masala dhosa with rotten masala. On request they have replaced the same with another masala dhosa but with the same rotten masala with too hot. Better to avoid this shop in future.
